Cancellation / Rescheduling

At the time of booking we require a 50% deposit for the total of services to be performed. This deposit will be applied to your total at check out. We require 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling. Please call our salon or cancel/reschedule online at your earliest convenience. If cancellations/ rescheduling is within the 24 hour period, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

No Show

If you do not show to your appointment without any prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited and will be required to prepay all future appointments.

Lateness

Please notify us if you are running late as we have a 15 minute grace period. If you are late past the 15 minute grace period and we cannot accommodate, the appointment will be treated as a same day cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.

Guests & Children

Due to the nature of the services we provide, we ask that you please be respectful of our service providers as well as our other guests by coming to your appointment alone and ready for some “me” time. If guests are brought to the salon, the appointment will be treated as a same day cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued after a service is performed. Please see our Quality Assurance policy.

Lash Extension Refills

Our refill prices apply to appointments booked within 3 weeks (21 days) of the last appointment, considering you have retained 50% of your extensions with no gaps and your “shape” is still in tact. If your lashes do not qualify, your appointment will be considered a full set. If your appointment is booked past 3 weeks (21 days) from your last appointment, your appointment will be considered as a full set.

It is important to us that you retain your eyelash extensions so it is crucial that you follow the post care instructions that your stylist has explained at your first appointment. If you have any after care questions, please call our salon.

Quality Assurance

If you are unhappy with anything about your lashes or you notice your extensions are falling out rapidly within 72 hours of your appointment, please call our salon within that time for us to fix the issue and touch up your lashes at no charge.
